Marilyn helps organizations assess where they are today and where they want to be, and identifies the plans and behaviors needed to manage that change. She is a skilled facilitator with strong practical and theoretical background in group dynamics, team and leadership development and results-based performance measurement. She is the founder of the Marles Group, an organization consulting firm that leverages organizational and individual strengths to improve performance and productivity. 

Marilyn has volunteered with numerous organizations including The Hillside School, Luther Crest Retirement Community, American Society for Training and Development, Eastern Pennsylvania Lutheran Camp Corporation, Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries and Muhlenberg College. She is the recipient of the Raker Memorial Award from Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, and the Alumni Achievement Award and Tricorn Award from Muhlenberg College. Marilyn holds a master’s degree from American University and a bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College. She earned the Certificate of Achievement in organization development from NTL Institute. In addition, she completed executive education courses in performance management and organizational career development at the University of Michigan and the Darryl Sink Instructional Design Workshop.
