Elsbeth Haymon

Elsbeth has served nonprofits representing arts and culture, health and human services and youth programs for more than 30 years. While serving as professional staff, she directed multi-million-dollar capital campaigns for the Allentown Art Museum and Community Services for Children. She has also served as volunteer campaign chair for several community capital campaigns. Elsbeth has extensive experience in program fundraising, major gifts, event planning, governance and membership programs. She worked in the for profit environment for 12 years in community affairs and corporate contributions. 

As a volunteer, Elsbeth currently serves on the Board and Executive Committee for both Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network and Community Services for Children.  During her career, she has served as a volunteer on the Boards of over 15 different community non- profits, ranging from human services to education to economic development. Elsbeth sat on the Board and as Vice Chair of the Allentown School District, the third largest school district in the state of Pennsylvania.
