Andy is an executive coach, educator, organizational development, and leadership development professional, with over 20 years’ experience.  Dr. Cook helps leaders, teams, and organizations optimize and leverage their strengths through creativity, coaching, and compassion.  He also is a writer and editor for the Institute of Coaching (affiliated with Harvard Medical School), co-authoring research summaries on topics related to leadership development and coaching science.

Dr. Cook holds a BA in Journalism and a BS in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University, an MS in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University, and a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Management, with a concentration in creativity and innovation.

Dr. Cook is a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and did his doctoral research on how executive coaches bring creativity into their coaching practice.  He has been an adjunct professor at the graduate and undergraduate levels since 2012.
